About Steam Fireplace
To install the steam fireplace correctly, leave at least 5 cm of ventilation space on all sides, and use a wall-mounted 220–240V grounded socket (do not place the power outlet on the floor).
This model produces cool mist without heat, so no heat insulation is required.
- Place the fireplace on a stable, level surface.
- Insert the tube into the first hole on the right.
- Press the power button.
- The fireplace will automatically fill the tank until you hear: “ Fuel is full."

- Prepare a container to collect water.
- Insert the tube into the second hole on the left .
- Press the “ + ” and “ – ” buttons together to start automatic draining.
- When the water level is low, lift one side slightly to remove the remaining water.
- Use purified or filtered water to protect the sensor and prevent limescale buildup, which can reduce flame.
- Do not reuse drained water.
- Do not add essential oils or fragrances, as this may damage the mist system.
- When filling the tank, keep the fireplace higher than the water container to allow smooth water flow.
- Empty the tank before moving the unit.
- If you will not be using the fireplace for a long period, drain the tank to prevent odors and sediment buildup.
This usually happens when there is insufficient airflow around the unit. Make sure there is at least 5 cm of ventilation space on all sides and at the bottom to allow the mist to rise properly.

To clean your mist fireplace, follow these simple steps:
- Use Eblth Cleaning Solution.
- Pour one full bottle into the tank, then add water.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes, then empty the tank completely (do not reuse this water).
- Rinse the tank with clean water and empty it again for best results.
- Refill the tank with fresh water — you’ll notice stronger, clearer flame.
Remember:
- Clean your Steam Fireplace once a month, and never use essential oils or fragrances.
