All EBLTH fireplaces come with a hassle-free, premium guarantee. This includes free repair or replacement, as well as continuous technical support throughout your ownership experience. You can also register your fireplace with our service team to access personalized guidance and receive dedicated after-sales support.

Warranty service

Before warranty service can be arranged, please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp or by phone using the same number you used when placing your order.


Included Services:

  • Free technical support in Arabic via call or video guidance for any operational issue during the warranty period.
  • Free spare parts provided when needed within the warranty term.
  • If hands-on inspection is required, a technician visit may be scheduled, depending on the case, to ensure proper repair.

Service Process:

  1. Submit a short video showing the issue so our team can accurately assess the problem.
  2. Our support team will advise step by step until the issue is resolved.
  3. If remote support is not sufficient, on-site service may be arranged based on technical evaluation and availability.

    All warranty work will be coordinated by EBLTH or its authorized service representatives.

What is covered

Your EBLTH fireplace is covered by a warranty against original defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years, starting from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (whichever is later). This warranty applies when the product is used for normal residential purposes in accordance with the EBLTH User Manual and safety instructions.

During the warranty period, this warranty provides—at no cost to you—all replacement parts necessary to ensure your fireplace remains in proper operating condition. The replacement of any part under warranty will not extend the overall warranty period.

Any parts replaced by EBLTH under this warranty will become the property of EBLTH.

For refurbished or display units, warranty length and eligibility may differ. Please refer to the warranty document included with those products for their specific terms.

What is not covered

EBLTH does not cover the repair or replacement of a product where a defect is the result of:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, improper care, negligence, or operation that is not in accordance with the EBLTH User Manual.
  • Use of the fireplace for commercial purposes, rental use, or any purpose other than normal domestic residential use.
  • Use of non-EBLTH parts, accessories, or consumables not specified or recommended by EBLTH.
  • Faulty installation performed by third parties (except where installation was completed by an authorized EBLTH technician).
  • Issues caused by insufficient ventilation, lack of water maintenance, or failure to follow routine care instructions described in the User Manual.
  • Cleaning, descaling, or clearing internal blockages caused by hard water, dust, debris, or foreign objects.
  • Normal wear and tear of components, including but not limited to water tanks, atomizers, LED modules, remote controls, filters, power cables, and decorative materials.
  • Damage caused by operating the fireplace without water, using contaminated water, or adding essential oils, fragrances, or chemical fluids into the water tank.
  • Reduction in flame performance due to mineral buildup or lack of maintenance.
