Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
