What to Do If the App Won’t Connect

If the fireplace doesn’t appear in Smart Life, restarting the fireplace usually restores the connection.


  1. Make sure the fireplace is powered on.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds.
  3. Release the button when you hear a beep.
  4. Open Smart Life again — the fireplace should appear shortly.


If it still won’t connect

  1. Turn on Bluetooth, Location, and Internet on your phone.
  2. Move your phone closer to the fireplace (about 1–2 meters).
  3. Close Smart Life completely, reopen it, and try again.
  4. Restart your phone, then try again.
