If the flame appears uneven, only on one side, or flows inward instead of rising naturally, the most common causes are insufficient airflow around the unit or a mist system that needs cleaning.
Note: In most cases, this does not mean the unit is damaged. Proper cleaning and correct ventilation usually solve the problem.
Possible Causes
1. Insufficient airflow
Please make sure there is at least 5 cm of ventilation space on all sides and at the bottom of the unit. If airflow is blocked, the mist may not rise properly, and the flame effect may look uneven or flow inward.
2. The mist system needs cleaning
If the water tank or atomizer area is dirty, the mist output may become uneven. This can cause the flame to appear only on one side or look unbalanced.
How to Prevent This
- Clean the unit once a month
