How to Add water to a Steam Fireplace?

This guide shows you how to fill the fireplace tank for first-time use (or refilling) and start it safely. The unit will stop filling automatically when the tank is full.

Adding water

  1. Place the fireplace on a stable, level surface.
  2. Insert the tube into the first hole on the right.

  3. Before filling, make sure the water container is placed lower than the fireplace.

If the water container is positioned higher than the fireplace, it may create a siphon effect. This can cause water to continuously flow into the tank and may lead to overflowing or water leaking from the unit.

This is not a product defect — it is caused by incorrect placement of the water container.

Important: Always keep the water container lower than the fireplace when adding water.

  1. Press the power button.

  2. Wait while the fireplace fills automatically until you hear: “Fuel is full.”
  3. Remove the tube — the fireplace is ready to use.

A full tank supports continuous operation for about 7 hours.
